Sovereign Blueprints operates this store and website, including all related digital asset delivery, information, content, frameworks, tools, products, and services in order to provide you with a secured procurement experience (the "Services"). Sovereign Blueprints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the electronic infrastructure for the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you purchase and utilize our digital products. By visiting, purchasing from, or interacting with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our digital assets.

SECTION 1 - DIGITAL ACCESS AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL ASSET SPECIFICATIONS AND LICENSE SCOPE

SECTION 3 - INSTITUTIONAL ORDER PROCESSING AND BILLING

When you submit an order for a Digital Asset, you are making an explicit offer to purchase. Sovereign Blueprints reserves the right to accept or decline your transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. Because our deployment pipeline triggers instant digital delivery upon transaction approval, we cannot accommodate any cancellation, modification, or reversal requests after payment is processed.

All purchases are final and are subject to return or exchange restrictions solely in accordance with our strict digital-only Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your credit card and billing details are true, correct, authorized, and that all charges will be fully honored by your financial institution.

SECTION 4 - NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING OR CARRIER LOSS

Sovereign Blueprints delivers all assets strictly via secure electronic transmission or instant downloadable link to the verified email address provided at checkout. Because there are zero physical components, inventory items, or freight logistics involved in the fulfillment of our frameworks, no physical shipping, transport, or carrier handling applies to your transaction. Risk of electronic transmission loss passes to you upon the successful broadcast of the download access link from our servers.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMMERCIAL PROTECTION

Our Services and all underlying proprietary prompt engineering structures, source text, logic arrays, operational guidelines, and corporate branding are exclusively owned by Sovereign Blueprints, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

STRICT USAGE RESTRICTIONS: You are completely prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, reselling, white-labeling, or creating derivative public commercial assets from our blueprints. You may not upload our proprietary prompt matrixes into public AI repositories, shared database tools, or open-source neural networks. Any unauthorized redistribution or monetization of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your operational license and immediate legal escalation for damages.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND ENTERPRISE INFRASTRUCTURE

Our prompt architectures are engineered to interact with large language models and external software platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or specialized corporate LLMs). We do not own, control, or monitor these underlying third-party AI platforms. You acknowledge that your functional deployment of our blueprints is entirely dependent on your own access to, and the API availability of, those separate platforms. We provide our frameworks "as is" without any operational warranties or liabilities tied to third-party system downtimes or structural updates.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED EXPLOITATION

In addition to standard lawful use guidelines, you are strictly prohibited from using our structural data or blueprints to train competitive AI models, reverse-engineer our underlying logic strings, or deploy automated scraping agents to index our secure storefront assets. Any violation of these parameters will result in immediate access revocation without recourse.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND REVENUE LIABILITY

Sovereign Blueprints provides all operational matrices, prompt strategies, and intellectual materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis for professional evaluation. We do not warrant or guarantee explicit financial return, exact billable hour reductions, closing velocity, or specific business outcomes resulting from the deployment of our automation frameworks. Any reliance on the outputs generated via our prompt arrays is executed strictly at your own operational risk.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes related to our digital delivery architecture shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United States and the state laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these Terms must be filed exclusively in the courts located near our base of operations in Southwest Ohio.
