Due to the digital nature of our flagship institutional assets, operational blueprints, and proprietary prompt architectures, all sales are final. Once access to the digital matrix or blueprint is granted, downloaded, or delivered electronically, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or cancellations.

Technical Deployment & Issues Please inspect your digital asset delivery immediately upon access. If you experience any technical deployment issues, corrupted file extraction, or access link errors, contact our support desk immediately at jessie.s.warrix@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and ensure proper delivery of your framework.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, they are permanently non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept refunds or cancellations on digital asset files, bundles, promotional sales, or custom workflow solutions.

Exchanges As our assets are downloadable intellectual property, items cannot be exchanged. If you require a different operational blueprint version or specialized custom configuration, please contact our team to discuss alternative asset options.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the digital asset is being purchased by a client located within the European Union, you acknowledge that by consenting to the immediate delivery and downloading of the digital asset at the time of checkout, you waive your right of withdrawal and the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, as the performance of the service begins instantly upon purchase.
